Make your big dream a reality without struggling alone!
Make your big dream a reality without struggling alone!
You know you want to move your business forward in a big way…
Maybe you want to…
- Write a book
- Launch a podcast
- Go on a speaking tour
- Speak on your first stage
- Work a 3-day week
- Hire an employee
- Open another location
- Start earning 5-figure months or 6-figure years
But you keep getting stuck. Maybe:
- You can’t see a way forward
- You have too many questions and you don’t know where to start
- You feel too alone and unsupported
- Your dreams keep slipping down the to-do list – you need to tackle the urgent things today.
- You think you should know more about running a business, and you’re embarrassed to ask for help.
Bringing your big goal to life can be hard, especially without support.
Bringing your big goal to life can be hard, especially without support.
Is this you?
- You feel like you’re treading water, frustrated by a lack of progress on anything other than the minimum required to keep going day to day.
- You feel frustrated by a lack of progress on your big goals.
- You feel overwhelmed by everything there is to do all the time.
- You feel alone. You enjoy no one telling you what to do – that’s why you started your business – but sometimes you just need someone to be there for you.
- You feel discouraged by how great everyone else’s business seems to be going. Why not yours, too?
Hi, I’m Sara-Jayne, and I’d love to help you banish these feelings.
Let’s climb that tree, conquer that mountain, and move your business forward together!
Imagine how you would feel if you picked one big dream and made it a reality!
Imagine how you would feel if you picked one big dream and made it a reality!
You would feel successful because you’d moved your business in the direction you want it to go.
Your confidence as a businessperson would grow.
You’d have a deeper understanding of business after our monthly deep dive discussions.
You’d feel more calm, knowing the path ahead and how you’ll get there.
You’d have a tight knit group of business buddies.
You’d know you’re not alone, and that support is always there.
You would be accepted and respected as the whole person you are: an expert in your zone of genius, and a student in other areas of business.
“Anyone who has ever had eureka moments will want to be in a mastermind that’s built the way Sara-Jayne structures them. It can take a little group of creatives in various iterations of a business-orientated world and give them a well-rounded perspective that helps clarify what they can do, and how they can set about to do it.
“It doesn’t demand, but it reveals. It empowers, because there is something reassuring about bouncing ideas around with contemporaries who inhabit different worlds but utilise the same business philosophy, principles, and standards. More self-employed people need this as part of their strategising — I certainly benefit from it.”

What is a mastermind?
What is a mastermind?
It’s a group of peers who meet to give each other advice and support.
It’s a small group – ideally about 5 or 6 members.
You’re on equal footing with every other member. There is no fixed teacher-student dynamic here: we all take turns teaching and learning together.
You’ll both give and receive advice, wisdom, insights, and thoughts.
It’s a safe space where you can speak the truth and expect it in return.
“The group conversations in the mastermind have been fascinating and productive.
“As expected, we’ve had an opportunity to talk through anything we’re finding tricky or problematic in business and hear other experiences and perspectives. The level of support has been fantastic and the small group dynamic really aids the speed in which you get to know each other and open up. There have been recommendations for useful resources, technology and information so I leave a session with ideas and plans to try new things.
“An unexpected bonus of these sessions is meeting business owners in very different fields, with very different income expectations, and recognising that whether your business turns over £10,000 or £1,000,000, you can have moments of doubt. As a business grows, new challenges come up and you have to be a learner again. You may have been in business for 10 years but a newbie can offer a different perspective or recommend new software. These conversations have a respectful equality that encourages all to participate.”

What makes AIM HIGH different from other masterminds?
What makes AIM HIGH different from other masterminds?
No minimum turnover
Some masterminds will only accept you if your annual sales are 6 or 7 figures, but I value the diversity of voices found across all turnover brackets, so everyone at every level of sales is welcome.
All industries welcome
You can be in any industry. Again, I find the diversity of voices yields a richer discussion, which helps everyone see things from different perspectives.
Peer group, no teacher-student dynamic
It’s a group of peers, on equal footing.
Many masterminds assume that the organiser is the main expert everyone is there to hear from. It’s a teacher-student dynamic.
I am a facilitator, rather than The Knower Of All Things, so I’ve built AIM HIGH as a peer group.
The right expert at the right time
The Expert Buffet may be the first of its kind.
Rather than a group session where you’re waiting for your 5 minutes of attention from the expert you really need help from, an entire hour 1:1 with the one expert you most need help from is included with the mastermind.
Small groups
Small groups are the rule in AIM HIGH because they foster deeper relationships.
This means you’re more able to be honest, vulnerable, and receive truth and authenticity in return.
Too many masterminds are designed with the pocketbook of the organiser in mind, rather than the growth of the participants, and they’ll fill it with hundreds of members. Large memberships have their place, but not for this: you can’t build the deep relationships needed for real growth with that many people.
Time-limited
Some masterminds are actually ongoing memberships, with no clear ending.
The built-in 12-month expiration date of AIM HIGH helps you focus your attention on completing your big goal.
It also means there’s a natural end point, so you don’t end up mindlessly paying a subscription for years after it no longer suits your needs.
In just one year, you could make your big dream finally happen in your business!
In just one year, you could make your big dream finally happen in your business!
Feel the success and confidence that comes from moving your business in the direction you want it to go.
Be supported every step of the way.
Stop making excuses – instead, aim high and Make It Happen!

Deep dive sessions
You’ll get monthly deep dive sessions with a small group of peers to
- Kick around ideas,
- Ask questions,
- Get opinions, and
- Generally get outside your own head.
This is the heart of the mastermind.
Check-ins
The half-hour weekly check-ins are teeny tiny deep dive sessions with the same small group. I suppose we could call them shallow dive sessions! These keep you going by
- Celebrating your wins,
- Smashing any roadblocks you’ve encountered, and
- Tap into the collective wisdom of the group for quick guidance.
Online co-working
Weekly online co-working sessions which help you do the focused work you need to move your business forward.
This is a brilliant space for the deep thinking, planning, and strategising that needs to happen to bring any big goal into being, in a supported way. Having the chat available to toss out questions and ideas as they occur to you could be the difference between making headway or giving up and leaving it another week … or month … or year.
Online community
A forum to share your thoughts, wins, and issues.
A private place to catch the replays.
This space is not on social media, so that you don’t get distracted whilst trying to move your business forward.
Goal-setting
Quarterly goal-setting to help you
- Define your big goals and
- Break them down into actionable steps to take each quarter, month, and week.
“In this goal-setting session, I went from feeling overwhelmed about where to start setting goals for my business in 2024 to having concrete, actionable steps. The prompts led to genuine insights for my business. I’m now equipped with the tools and clarity to tackle significant stuck points.”

The 1:1 help you need from the Expert Buffet
A dedicated Power Hour with the one expert you need.
Don’t wait for an hour in a large group call to have your 5 minutes of discussion with the expert you really need help from.
Instead, choose the one expert from the Expert Buffet whose help you need the most right now and book an entire hour 1:1.
Choose one expert and book with them at any point during the 12 months that the mastermind runs.
Now that’s the kind of attention that will help you move your business forward!
Money Mindset Discussions
Getting into a better place when thinking about money is a vital first step in facing our numbers and then doing something to better them.
I send out money mindset prompts every week, which you can use for journalling, meditating, or simply mulling over while you do the washing up.
In AIM HIGH, there are also discussion sessions every other month.
Sometimes talking it through is what you really need to see a new perspective and get the insight that shifts your mindset.
Celebration parties
Celebrating our wins is so important to help keep focused and keep going.
Celebrating marks the occasion and helps us remember the progress we’ve made.
We’ll share small celebrations as we go along, but we’ll also have a big Zoom party at the end of each quarter!
Marking those milestones will help keep you pumped up and primed to keep moving forward!

Meet Sara-Jayne, your new facilitator
I can’t wait to meet you inside AIM HIGH Mastermind!
Meet Sara-Jayne, your new facilitator
I can’t wait to meet you inside AIM HIGH Mastermind!
Hi, I’m Sara-Jayne. I kept getting stuck running in circles in my own head, in my own personal echo chamber, never sure which next step to take or what to focus on.
So I created a mastermind to kick around ideas with my business friends. I don’t have to explain business to them – they run their own, so they get it. I don’t have to explain the pull of wanting to do many different things – they get that already, too. I can skip straight to the meaty part of the discussion.
They help me choose, see the rest of the picture, and overcome my hurdles.
I help them with the same.
We help each other see the forest and the trees, find useful resources, and more.
I’ve been connecting people with each other and with the right information for several decades, in every role I’ve ever had. It’s something I’m naturally good at.
Now, I’d love to connect you with your dream team to help you move your business forward and get unstuck.
When I’m not running masterminds, I’m a Business Insights Consultant, which means I help clients harness the power of their numbers to understand what’s happening in their businesses and help them confidently decide the next steps.
Just a few examples include:
- Post-campaign analysis – How did your sale, launch, or promotion do? What parts worked well? What parts didn’t? We’ll look at the numbers and the words to get a holistic view.
- Profit/Loss analysis – How can you improve profit in your business? Where are you leaving money on the table, and where are you spending more than you need to?
- Process optimisation – How can you improve your processes to save time, improve customer experience, and ultimately increase profit?
I’ve been running my business, Amethyst Raccoon, since 2019. It has shifted, morphed, and pivoted in that time, but the common thread has always been helping clients use their numbers to be more confident in their business decisions.
Amethyst is calming, helps intuition, and connects the concrete with the divine, just like my practice.
Raccoons are curious, adaptable problem solvers, just like me.
I’m a stickler for considering the whole picture and not letting numbers dictate. I ban the COMPUTER SAYS NO mentality. Instead, I want to know how my clients feel about different options, and then I look for the numbers to support them.
I’m an Associate Member of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, Guest Expert in the Woo Woo Business Membership, a qualified mathematician, and budding data scientist.
I live in Glossop, England, UK, with my husband. I enjoy traditional oral storytelling (both telling and listening), reading epic fantasy, walking in the Peak District near my home, and pyrography.

“Sara-Jayne brought clarity and calmness to the mess … She was always available to help and made sure everything made sense. She is one of the most professional and understanding people I have worked with. I have worked as a counsellor for over 13 years so I can recognise an empathetic and genuine person when I meet one and Sara-Jayne is certainly this and much more.

Is the AIM HIGH Mastermind right for you?
Is the AIM HIGH Mastermind right for you?
Unlike other masterminds, this one is for you regardless of your current turnover (sales) or industry. However, it still won’t fit everyone.
It is for you if:
- You run your own business as a solopreneur or with a small team
- You want to make a big dream come true in the next 6 months
- You want peer support to help you think through your ideas
It’s not for you if:
- You can’t stand Zoom calls, because that’s how we’ll meet.
- You’re looking for an accountability group. This is a safe space, which doesn’t lend itself to the kind of tough love true accountability requires.
- You think you already know everything worth knowing in this world, and you’re not receptive to or looking for other viewpoints.
- You’re comfortable and don’t want to step into your brave zone to make a big change in your business.

Don’t let another year go by before you make your big dream a reality
Don’t let another year go by before you make your big dream a reality
In 12 months’ time, you could be feeling accomplished, confident, and successful, after having made your big dream a reality, with help and support all along the way.
Or in 12 months’ time, you could be still frustrated, overwhelmed, and embarrassed. Still wishing you could launch that podcast, boost your visibility, write that book, figure out how to work a 3-day week, or whatever your big goal is.
You have questions?
Let’s find the answers together!
You have questions?
Let’s find the answers together!
I’m not sure what I’ll need to do.
You’ll need to work on moving your business forward towards a big goal you’ve defined. You may already have a goal in mind, or you may get help from the group to define what you want to focus on.
This means you’ll need to do the work.
As far as mastermind sessions, you’ll need to come to at least 5 of the 6 monthly deep dive sessions. I’ve pencilled these in for the first Tuesday of each month at 10am, but this may change depending on the availability of everyone in the group.
You should treat everything else in the mastermind like a buffet, taking what support works for you and leaving the rest.
How much time do I need?
You’ll need to attend one 2.5 to 3-hour deep dive session each month, where you’ll give and get help, understanding, and insights around your current goals and issues.
Beyond that, making any big goal a reality means putting in the work. I’d suggest you focus on your big goal for a minimum of 2-3 hours per week.
I don’t have enough time to dedicate to this.
Sometimes we don’t have time to focus on our next big goal in our business. Sometimes, it’s all we can do to serve existing clients and customers and keep everything running.
If this is where you are now, know that you are not alone!
If it’s temporary, then perhaps you’ll join next year if I launch this again.
If it looks permanent, then hopefully my free resources will help you create the slack in your schedule you need to work towards big goals.
Start with 2 hours a month, probably towards the beginning of the month, as a business development session. Use this time to reflect on the last month and look ahead at the next month. Look at what went well and what didn’t. Use that to decide what to do next.
Your first goal might be to free up 2-3 hours a week to bring into being bigger goals. That could be half an hour a day or one morning a week. You might look at what you can offload to others, what you can let go of, where you can be more efficient with your time, or how you can do more work in a flow state.
Whatever you start with, I hope you make this slack in your schedule. It’s too easy to get into a rut of doing the same thing over and over again, and lose all enthusiasm and excitement for your business that way. Bringing these big goals to life helps keep life interesting and enjoyable, on top of the benefits to your bottom line.
Whether you ever work with me or not, I wish you great luck in making space for your big goals in your schedule.
I can’t afford this right now.
I get it, times are tough. That’s part of why I’ve made this as affordable as possible.
Sales coaches would have me use this section to show you the value of AIM HIGH Mastermind but I’m not here for the hard sell. Sometimes you genuinely can’t afford the thing you’d really like, I get it.
I will probably run AIM HIGH again, so stay tuned for details – perhaps that run will be more aligned with you.
I want it to be easy for you to join, the natural thing to say yes. If it’s going to be hard, then now is not the right time.
In the meantime, you might want to check any current memberships you already have to see if parts of this might already be included there.
Alternatively, you could start your own peer group with some of your business buddies.
What if it doesn’t work?
It might not.
Any peer support group is only as good as your commitment and the time you have to dedicate to the thing you’re working on.
I will be there to facilitate discussions, and together with the rest of the group will help you find your next best step and overcome your hurdles.
It’s up to you to put in the work to make your dream a reality, though.
If it doesn’t work, you’ll still have learned some valuable lessons that you can carry forward to the next thing you try in your business.
What if the group is too small to help?
Your small group sessions will have a maximum of 5-6 people, and the whole group will be limited to 18.
The group sizes are deliberately chosen to foster deeper relationships. With deeper relationships comes
- the ability to speak and hear the truth,
- the ability to be seen and known (you’re not lost in a sea of faces), and
- the bandwidth to deep dive into issues and look at them thoroughly from several angles.
You are encouraged to carry on with networking and making as many connections as possible outside of AIM HIGH for your own marketing.
Don’t confuse AIM HIGH with your marketing efforts; this is entirely different.
Can’t I do this on my own?
Yes, you absolutely can, and that will be the right fit for some people.
But if you’ve tried before to make your big dreams come to life on your own and you haven’t succeeded, then perhaps the answer isn’t just that you need more willpower.
Perhaps you need something different.
Perhaps you need the AIM HIGH Mastermind.
I’m not sure the AIM HIGH Mastermind is for me
