It's time for a change

For over 3 years, I specialised in helping creatives with their bookkeeping – both done for them and done with them (through my bookkeeping coaching service).

If you’re on this page, it’s likely you came to my website from a link that had to do with bookkeeping.

In late 2023, I realised it was time for a change.

My passion has always been using your numbers to help you move your business forward.

Bookkeeping is one important tool to get the numbers to do that. But it is not the tool that lights me up anymore.

Now I focus on data analysis – and particularly on the insights we can get from your data.

That’s why I’m now a Business Insights Consultant. That means I look at your data and turn it into information and insights. I separate the noise from the signal and translate it all into actions that you can take in your business.

If that sounds like exactly what you need right now, please do get in touch! And you may wish to sign up to my newsletter, too.

If you’re looking for help with bookkeeping, specifically, read on.

Bookkeeping Resources

I’ve created this page to help anyone looking for bookkeeping resources however I can.

Tax rates and thresholds change every year, so some of my resources quickly went out of date and are no longer fit for purpose.

However, some are evergreen, and you are welcome to use whatever may be helpful for you:

Here are two other bookkeepers after my own heart:

Bunmi Jejeloye

Bunmi Jejeloye

Edifying Bookkeeping Services

Like me, Bunmi is dedicated to helping her clients use their numbers month in and month out to help run their businesses. We both advocate staying on top of your numbers so you have good insight into what’s happened, so you can better judge what to do next.

She’s a one-person-band (at the time of writing), a mother, and a lovely person.

She uses a variety of accounting software.

Biking Bookkeeper

Alice is really focused on getting you in a great place. She’s a Profit First practitioner, helping clients work out how to pay themselves first instead of last.

Alice’s bookkeeping firm (at the time of writing) has 7 team members, so this is a great fit if your needs are a bit more complex.

They only use Xero.

I wish you all the best in running your small business!
